The towns and villages of Portugal offer such a feast for the eyes, no matter where I go I am captivated! From the narrow cobbled streets filled with a huge variety of tiled frontages, beautiful ironwork gates etc. to the wide open village squares brimming with pavement cafes and life.

Theres nothing better than a tiled facade complete with peeling paintwork and aged surfaces. As the houses tumble down the hillside into the villages, the colours and surfaces are truly captivating.
